EMBRACE in numbers
EMBRACE is a dynamic community organization that supports our population through practical services, including social navigation, cultural activities, small business assistance, and health-focused programs. We are committed to providing access to essential tools and resources that help individuals and families thrive. From May 2023 to June 2025 EMBRACE has impacted:

Our reach extended across 190 ZIP codes, reflecting EMBRACE’s deep connection to communities both urban and rural. By meeting individuals where they are — geographically and culturally — we’ve ensured that essential support services are accessible to those who need them most.
232 Appointments
EMBRACE facilitated 232 medical appointments, connecting families to essential health services including primary care, pediatric visits, women’s health, and chronic condition management. These efforts reflect our mission to remove barriers to healthcare, promote early intervention, and ensure that every individual has the opportunity to live a healthier, more dignified life.
4.080 people
Since 2023, EMBRACE made a significant impact, delivering 4.080 individual services. This remarkable achievement underscores our dedication to support and empower communities, showcasing an unwavering commitment to making a difference in the lives of those in our community.

EMBRACE has directly supported 1,731 families through personalized services and culturally informed care. From emergency aid to long-term social navigation, our approach ensures families not only receive immediate support but also gain access to the tools they need to thrive.
