Organization: EMBRACE ALL LATINO VOICES

Location: 7508 E. Independence Blvd, Suite 101, Charlotte, NC 28227

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (actual pay based on experience and education)

Hours: 32 hours per week

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

 This position does NOT require the applicant to be bilingual.

EMBRACE ALL LATINO VOICES, a dynamic non-profit organization committed to advocating for health equity, recognition, business development, and social navigation for Latino individuals in North Carolina, is seeking a Director of Philanthropy to join our growing team.


What Will You Do:

As the Director of Philanthropy, you will drive EMBRACE ALL LATINO VOICES' fundraising and development management strategies and secure vital resources that help support our programs. Your leadership will help ensure the organization's financial health as you foster and maintain relationships with individual, corporate, and institutional funders. This role will be vital in increasing revenue streams to sustain our mission of uplifting Latino communities.


Daily Activities:


Fundraising & Development Management

In this role, you will identify and cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and institutional partners. You will also explore potential funding sources and develop strategies to grow individual and significant donor contributions.


Donor Engagement & Stewardship

Building and maintaining relationships with funders is a key part of this role. You will keep donors informed and engaged through impact reports, newsletters, and personalized acknowledgments. Part of your role will include ensuring donors feel valued and informed about the impact of their gifts. Additionally, you will help organize donor events to maintain a high level of engagement.


Collaboration & Data Management

You will work closely with the Finance and Program teams to ensure proper financial tracking, reporting, and compliance with grant requirements. Your role also includes maintaining accurate donor and grant records using donor management software.

·       Empathetic Leader: You lead with compassion and cultural sensitivity. You understand the unique challenges the Latino community faces, and you’re committed to making a difference through inclusivity, equity, and empathy.
